Half Term

October half term is Monday 24th October. The funded children will be on holiday for 1 week, returning on Monday 31st October. Funded Children are welcome to attend during the holidays, but fees will be payable. Please speak to Alison or Michelle if you wish to book your child in.

First Aid

Just an update to re-assure all parents, all staff are due to complete and update their paediatric first aid during October. Every staff member will hold a first aid certificate.

Pre-School Stay and Play

We are constantly trying to improve the links we have between nursery and parents. Michelle and Alison in pre-school, would like to trial a new idea of stay and play' We would like to invite parents to come to nursery with their child on the last Friday of each month, and 'stay and play' with them for the morning between 9am and 11am. The dates are: Friday 28th October, and Friday 25th November. If this is sucessful, we will make it a regualr occurance next year. Any parent interested, please ask Michelle and Alison for more details.

Autumn/Winter Clothes

Could alll parents please make sure their child has clothing suitable for the Autumn and Winter. A coat, wellingtons, hat and scarf. Please label the clothing with your child's name

Parents Evening

We will be holding our 2nd parents evening on Wednesday 16th November 2016. Our first one was a great success. Please ask you child's key worker for appointment times.

Ladybirds Closed Facebook Page

We are contemplating opening a 'Ladybirds parents only' Facebook page, where we can keep parents updated all the time. Please express your interest to Gill if are interested in being added to the group.
